I love the fall, but it got lost between summer and winter somewhere! We had our first snow today. Sure was fun though! Sorry it has been a while since I posted. I had three migraines this past week and a couple days of migraine hangover after. Ugh! I hope that is over. Doc says it is due to the estrogen surge in the first 18-20 weeks of pregnancy and so I should just about be in the clear. 20 weeks is just around the corner.
His next stint was climbing into the laundry basket, he was sure proud of himself, but he couldn't quite figure how to get himself out. I was tempted to take advantage of the situation and get some things done, but he was too cute to leave in the dirty clothes.

My migraines didn't slow the kids down much though. One day when I was in bed with a migraine Marco had the kids out with him while he mowed the lawn. I will spare you details, but a dear neighbor drove by to see Enzo on top of our car and came to rescue him. OK, I probably HAVE to share some details, cuz how does an 18 month old get on TOP of a car??! I don't mean on the hood of the car, I mean on the TOP of the car. Marco let him play in the car but left the window down. Dun, dun dun! Enzo climbed out the window and on top of the car. He cracks me up! Never a missed opportunity to explore! Hopefully his Daddy learned a really valuable lesson, and hopefully I won't get any more headaches. I can't afford time off with these two!
Thank heavens this disaster turned out the way it did!

Enzo is in love with tomatoes. I mean he can't eat them because they'll give him major diaper rash, but he loves to find them and pick them. He is a little gardener already. He gathered an armful on thursday. In the pointing picture, he saw an airplane and decided it was a good day to say airplane for the first time. Not just plane, "airplane". Arianna was at school, and I think he claims some residual learning from her being away (last Thursday). Then yesterday when I put his vest on before heading out to dinner (friday evening) he said "jacket" and pointed to mine and said "coat". I guess he already has some formula for determining the difference between the two, I am just not quite sure what that is yet.
Arianna stood at the window today and taught Enzo about snow. It was so cute to see. Then they both got to go out and play in it a bit. Arianna was most thrilled that she could wear her new BLUE coat! Enzo still needs one, as you can see. I was just getting his fall wardrobe ready, didn't know I needed a winter one by Septebmer too. Oh well. Last years hat and mittens did the trick for the day. Arianna had to make up for the fact that he only had a jacket, she helped keep him warm. She's such a good big sister!
