Snowy, Blowy Ice Cream
4 c fresh, clean snow
½ c Whole milk (or ½ and ½ )
¼ c sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
In a glass measuring cup, mix milk, sugar and vanilla until the sugar has dissolved. Gather 4 cups of FRESH snow and put it in a mixing bowl. Then, pour the milk mixture over the snow and mix well with a spoon, about 2 minutes. You can even add your own toppings, like chocolate syrup, sprinkles, or a cherry.
Makes 2 heaping, delicious servings or 4 kid-size portions.

My grandmother used to do this with us! Seems like she used peppermint flavoring. Nasty stuff, but of course we ate it! So fun for little kids. Your recipe sounds better!
Your family is so adorable. I found your blog from Janelle's. I've been wondering how you are and what you are up to. We are in Colorado which is so funny because Denise is now too. She is about an hour away. It's great. We don't see them as much as I would but we get to chat. She is actually headed to Utah this weekend her uncle died. It is so good to see you! Tell me what has been happening, you can check out my blog as well. Miss and love you!
Okay, I'm going to try this next snow. Preston keeps asking to have snow for dinner. He will love this.
