I figured if I didn't get a blog out it may be a while. I head to the doctor for a stress test on the baby tomorrow and I am not sure that I'll be able to keep him in here much longer. So here is a little bit of catch up.
This is about what I look like, that is 38 weeks. I had to stand up in front of the gospel doctrine class and teach that day and I have never felt so very large. Not fun (not to mention the heels and tights were killing me)! Glad that is done for a bit.

I wish I had more photos of Valentine's day, it was such a fun day, but I neglected to snap any shots. Arianna loved the Valentine exchange at school and our Valentine's Dinner, as well. Enzo was just thrilled to have a spiderman toy! So easy to pleasey.
The day before Valentine's Arianna had the opportunity to learn cookie making from her Aunt Gina, the master of sugar cookies. They got much more in their mouths than anywhere else, but it left me free to get a pedicure! Thanks a ton!!
That evening we TRIED to drive home from Provo in the blizzard of the century. It only took us SIX HOURS! Don't recommend THAT w/ two toddlers and a pregnant lady. Marco did great keeping us safe and sane. Whoa!
Last Sunday we had a little pow-wow with the kids to try to prep them a bit for a new arrival. We gave out BYU hats to everyone and hat a whole 'team' chat that I hope sticks w/ them at least a little bit.
Arianna is soooooo excited for a baby brother! Enzo probably doesn't quite get what is going to be happening, but he says Massimo really well and tells me he has a baby in his belly every once in a while. He is a gentle (and crazy) kid though and I'm sure he'll be a great big bro! We can't get these hats off of them, go Cougs!
And it was Mom and Me day at preschool today. Thanks Mrs. Brooksby for that wonderful opportunity! I have been laying low so that I wouldn't go into labor before I had the chance to go to school w/ my girl...phew! It sure was fun to see her in action.
Wish us luck...any day now!

Love the hats! Alissa, you look so great. I looked at the photo before I read the text and thought "oh, she still has awhile". 38 weeks!!! I would have never guessed. Can't wait to see the new bundle.
Love, Briana
I am always amazed at women when they can stay so tiny during pregnancy except for the belly bump. You look great and during the next few weeks just let us know if you need anything.
You look so great!! Good luck in the next little while, we look forward to hearing your news!!
You look so great at 38 weeks!! We can't wait to hear about the new little one.

WOOHOO!!!! You look awesome! Hope everything goes well for you in the next little bit!
I've been waiting to hear some news...hopefully soon! We use the "team" analogy at our home too. It's always a good reminder to my kids that we are on the same team (and we don't trip our own team members)! I am so excited for your family...GO POJJIOS!!(and Cougs)
Good luck with your labour and delivery, Lis! Can't wait to see some photos of the newest Poggio addition. Will be thinking of you and praying that everything goes safely (and quickly).
Love, Jen
You posted this a few days a go, so you may have a new baby by now but if you don't... GOOD LUCK! You look great at 38 weeks.
